Went here twice during a recent visit, the first visit was great, nice coffee and various pastries and Macaroons, everyone in the party said it was great coffee etc and I'm told the macaroons were fantastic. We went back a second time a few days later, went to order another pour over coffee as I liked it so much during... More

anywhere in the world I have been to. Sitting there enjoying an amazing hazelnut latte, who do I see? Robert Duval and his beautiful wife. Talking about entertainment royalty!!! Seems one of the Baristas won a world championship latte art competition...just around the corner from my hotel...solid for coffee (stumptown coffee, sanwiches, pastries and people watching...

One of the nicest things about the Thinking Cup is that they are open early everyday. Over Memorial Day weekend my wife couldn't find anything but Starbucks and McDonalds open before 8 am until we found the Thinking Cup. It is pretty standard fare cafe/coffee shop, hipster heaven to say the least. But the pastries are well made and the... More

Step through the door into this crowded little coffee shop and you are hooked. The food, coffee and teas are both tasty and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and efficient. The proximity to the Boston Commons is a plus. If you are in the area and want a break to sip, breakfast, lunch or snack, this is the spot!

I had a double (ristretto) espresso here and loved it so much, I went back for a latte too! Great location, super atmosphere, and good food too. Definitely recommend it.

It was a Saturday late night and this place was happening. There was a little but of a line but it quickly moved, thank god. The cookies and muffins we've ordered we're fresh and tasted delicious. We had a little but if a hard time finding a table and it was very close to the other people but I guess... More

Good location right on Boston Common if you want to get carry out and just chill in the Park, otherwise take a seat in this cool funky cafe. Busy place especially around lunch time but don't be put off as the line moves quite quickly. Try the roast chicken sandwich, with buttermilk marinated chicken tenders, havarti cheese, wild mushrooms, tomato,... More

My husband and I were in town for the marathon. We had never been to Boston before and fell in love. I also fell in love with this place. The Thinking Cup is really cute, has great service and REALLY great food and drinks. I had several things over our stay but the German chocolate cake was delish! I cannot... More

I have stopped here walking down Tremont St both for the amazing coffee and cheesecake, although macaroons are incredible too. I don't mind price for value, but a regular coffee and cheesecake will set you back $10, a nice lunch somewhere else, and tables are usually full at all times of the day. Tip: Clover food truck across the street... More
