The food was delicious. The serving sizes are enormous. Its a great value for the money. The menu has so much to choose from.
Bad News is that our new favorite mexican restaurant in >4 hours away. Staff was very friendly. We were given bean dip with chips, instead of salsa. We had never had that before. The salsa bar nice so you could pick your own to go with the bean dip.
Great food, service, & prices. Friendly staff, great little salsa bar so you can pick your own to go with the chips & entree.
It's here in Asheville, NC!!! Just moved here from Dallas and I haven't had such a fantastic Mexican meal in YEARS!!!!! My fajitas were not only over the top....there were enough for 4 people for $9.95! My partner had an enchilada plate that was equally beyond reason for $7.95! Now, my greatest fear is that I live WAY too close... More
Good, cheap Mexican eats served courteously and quickly! What's not to like? it's not fancy and the location isn't very sexy, but if you like authentic Mexican food you should check it out.
We visited this restaurant recently with friends whilst on vacation and the review title says it all it was all just bland and tasteless. If I have the good fortune to be in Asheville again I would avoid this place in a heartbeat
We moved to Asheville from California so we are accustomed to great Mexican Food. Asheville has a number of Mexican restaurants that are outstanding. Cocula is not one of them. The food was truly awful.
We have eaten here twice during our 3 week stay in Asheville. Food is freshly made, large portions and great prices. Quick service also.
