I loved this place! The food was amazing, and cost 12-16 per meal. Every thing we ate was great, especially the lamb dishes and naan.

The dishes we had were all very tasty and spiced just right.
We tried several plates and passed them around our table of four.
We had a salmon and a lamb dish, cooked clay pot style, a curried chicken and an eggplant dish. All were excellent. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is I felt the service...

I had the vegetarian combination plater. Everything on it was excellent. My husband had the chicken korma and it too was excellent. I have not eaten chicken in over a year so I was hesitant to try his but the chicken was farm fresh and it makes a huge difference, it was delicious. Everything we had here was full of...

Went to this fabulous restaurant in September 2012 for the first time, and was looking forward to eating here again when I returned to Asheville in April 2013. I was not disappointed! Just as delicious as I remember! Try the Momos - they are divine!
This was my first visit to this cafe and I loved it! The interior is warm and inviting. The buffet was outstanding. I am cautions about food being too heavily spiced. No worries here. I was able to eat everything on the buffet except the Naan b/c I am gluten free. I wish I knew how to describe each dish....

It's difficult to find authentic Nepalese food anywhere in the country, that uses authentic spices brought in from Nepal. This is the place! Lunch buffet or order off the menu. All their dishes are excellent, and great value for the buck.
Wow, This place gets busy as soon as the sun goes down. It smells amazing when you walk in and the food was great too. I had the veggie Thaili and loved it. I will be back again. Would like to try the lunch buffet.
What I had ordered was pretty tasty. The Cafe was not busy but we ended up having to wait for a table/waitress to seat us.
I don't remember the food in Kathmandu, but if this is it I would recommend it. Reminiscent of Indian cuisine, but different twists. We started with a delicious mixed appetizer plate, the Momo was m favorite. The entrees had good vegetable dishes and meat curries. I like it spicey. I don't know why I hadn't found this place sooner. I'll...
