Description: The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be a guest of Inn on Biltmore Estate, or be a Biltmore Twelve Month Passholder to dine on property. The Bistro features contemporary American fare, served with gracious hospitality. Fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients are the focus on the dinner menu, which features premium steaks, impeccable mountain trout and seafood, poultry and lamb. Chef Bill Klein creates French bistro-inspired recipes featuring estate–raised products and locally grown produce. Gardens on the estate produce a wide array of vegetables and fruits throughout the seasons, and our extensive pasture lands provide all-natural, hormone-free Black Angus beef and lamb. Our Field–to–Table Program extends to include many local farmers as well as artisan producers of everything from farmstead cheeses to trout caviar.

If you are visiting the estate, eat great lunch at the bistro prior to the wine tasting... Thus you will not drink on empty stomach. Tender meat, nice service. The soup cost is high relative to the size, yet very tasty. Recommend...

This place is a lot of fun. The food is good, there's almost always live music, and a nice cool adult beverage after a day of enjoying the estate and Asheville can't be beat!

Fresh soft shelled crab flown in that morning from the coast. It was prepared perfectly. The pate as a starter was simply divine and we just had a really nice meal. The only thing I would suggest is that the upgrade the wine list.

The wine tasting here is lots of fun - and enjoyment. You are offered maybe 20 different wines to sample, and most of them are excellent. I left with three bottles of wine, although i had no intention of buying anything when I entered.

The option for eating are quite limited inside the Biltmore Estate. My Partner and I wanted to eat at a place without many kids and where table service was available. As such, we decided to eat at the Bistro. The place was relatively quiet for lunch time and thus was a relief considering the estate was crazy busy. The menu... More

After spending the day at Biltmore we had dinner at this restaurant on the Estate grounds. The food looked as good as it tasted. I had an odd combo- lobster and pork cutlet. The special of the evening. The sauce tied these two odd ingredients together and was delicious. My husband had the scallops and they were very good also.... More

This is part of the Antler Winery on the Biltmore Estate. There is also another restaurant there too. The pecan chicken salad was unique and delicious. Once again, everyone was very friendly!

Great place for lunch in the Antler Village area, especially on a chilly rainy day! Interesting pizza choices and a variety of other choices.
