Chihuahua is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant. Although I live in Chattanooga, I have family in Greeneville, and we always make it a point to go to Chihuahua at least once while I'm there. A local review. The first couple of years in business, it was the best Mexican Resturant in Greeneville. Then Recession came and so did smaller portions, watered down cheese dip and poor quality. Do not eat here now!
