We ordered two appetizers springrolls and bruchetta. They tasted industrial and not good at all - is wasn't refined and had absolutely no aliveness - it looked good though but the taste was really mediocre. Main dish was green curry ... It was terrible and therefore we only ate a few spoons. The quinoa was way overcooked as were the... More

I am a carnivore who has been decreasing my chicken, beef and pork intake over the past several months. I found this restaurant from reviews online and because of the reviews decided that I really wanted to eat here. I was very happy with my meal and wish that I could eat here again. I had the Avocado Oink Oink... More

While on a visit to San Francisco, I decided to try this place with my husband who is a vegetarian. I would not recommend this place to non vegetarians. The smell, flavor and taste of the food were not familiar, but rather foreign. I had a doma which was somewhat tasty and palatable, my husband had a shepherd's pie that... More

The burgers at this vegetarian/vegan restaurant are incredible! They are char-broiled and come with a variety of toppings. I've tried several and they are all good. And I'm not a vegetarian. The pizzas are yummy too. Actually - everything is good here.

My family stopped here for lunch. There were a lot of items on the menu. I chose a special vegan pizza and my wife ordered a balsamic salad. They were Awesome! We would gladly return here again for more healthy choices at a reasonable cost.

Delicious, not too expensive, exceptional quality. Shepherd's pie, Lasagna and the vegan "sausage" sandwiches (like a hot dog but not one) were all good. The Bliss Out elixer was good, the other two we tried not as much, but they were all fun to drink. Informal, could become a regular hang out.

My daughter and I travel about 40 miles just for this place. Read a couple of reviews and looking for vegetarian options, we have been there two weekends in a row. First time had the mushroom pizza and artichoke dip, both simply amazing. The next time, enjoyed the Mac-n-cheese and mushroom burger w/fries. Both outstanding. The staff is kinda "hipster"... More

This place is fantastic! You place your order at the counter, pay then set your table & wait for their call when food is ready - no table service and therefore no tip. Portions are huge, you may want to share or take a box back home, or just go real hungry! The living plate is delicious & fully raw... More

We were only visiting San Francisco for 2 days and decided to try this vegetarian restaurant. Well we weren't disappointed. The food was great. We had the magic mushroom pizza and a vegan moussaka. Yumm! They had such a great choice of food and drinks. Dessert was great also. Wish we had this restaurant in Australia as we'd be regulars.

I'll have an oink burger please. That's how I start my experience when going to Source. As they state, a multi dimensional dining experience. I took one of my customers there yesterday and we both ordered the oink burger. How did he like it? "This tastes just like a backyard burger are you sure this is made from vegetables?" The... More
