Excellent pizza at reasonable prices! When in Pa'ia don't miss stopping in for a good meal. This is not a fancy place. It is simply a casual restaurant with good food and good service. We especially enjoyed our salads. The ingredients were fresh and the dressing was excellent with just the right amount added to the salads.

We vist the Flatbread Pizza Company every time we are in Maui. We enjoy their fresh and local ingredients and neat pizza blends. Love the pork, goat cheese and pineapple pizza. Great salads too!

Great flatbreads, salads, friendly service. Nice wine. Good location. You can walk to get gelato afterwards. We will go back, many times....!

We have been there following the advise of our Maui Revealed GuideBook. The restaurant is always very crowded but with a little patience you will be served and you will eat a great pizza, different from italian's one but very delicious. Staff will describe flatbread concept and ingredients all organic and fresh. We definetly recommend Flatbread Company!

We drove out to Paia for lunch specifically to eat at the Flatbread Company, and I am so glad that we did. The waitress was super friendly and had great recommendations. Excellent flatbread pizza and salad with locally grown heirloom tomatoes. yum! friendly staff. Oh, and the warm chocolate banana bread with coconut ice cream. WOW!

My husband and I had an amazing lunch here. The create-your-own salads are from-the-garden fresh and the pizza combinations are creative and tasty. They allow you to do half/half on the pizza so we did one half pesto and one half BBQ chicken. One of the best meals of our trip!
