Good food, but very expensive. For example, the swordfish was $40 al la cart. I ate there once for dinner and once for breakfast.
Ate here several times during our stay at Marriott, mostly for the convenience. Breakfast buffet was overpriced for the selection, even considering the 25% discount offered to guests. Dinner was mediocre quality, and did not offer a great selection either. Servers were attentive on each visit, though.
We stayed at the Marriott and went once for dinner. Restaurant has great sunset views over Anaehoomalo beach. We arrived little before sunset but we were seated at one of the few tables that did not have view even though there were tables with views free ?. not much finesse about this place.. nice premises, location good, service mediocre, food... The service was OK. Kids ordered burgers off the bar menu. Whoever cooked those, clearly had no idea how to cook a burger. Both ordered "medium well". One came cooked well beyond "well" with a thick black crust of burned meat on one side. It was replaced. The other tasted "off" according to my older kid who knows his burgers... More
