The Mongchong (a type of fish) is the specialty of the house..get it. Delicious, flaky and wonderfully sauced. A great dining experience on the patio overlooking the pacific.

The food was below average. With their reputation we didn't mind paying the premium price. Were expecting better quality of food. It was just a typical buffet found in any city.
If you're wanting a view and the sound of crashing waves, you came to a good place. The food, however is only average and comes at a high price. The Service staff, while friendly, seemed to be running around and not attending to customers. Recommend changing management to manage operations effectively. It took 45 minutes to get simple dishes to...

This is only open for dinner and it is amazing to eat after dark on the top of a (small) cliff, with waves crashing into the rocks below.

Had our anniversary dinner here. Ocean front table with sunset. Cannot complain at all about this place other than the prices. It was truly amazing. It was our second trip to the big island and our second trip to this restaurant
The ambiance amazing-our table was placed ON THE EDGE OF THE CLIFF! Such a gorgeous view but the fresh Ono and braised short ribs - AMAZING!
You definitely go here for the sunset! The food was expensive and nothing fancy. Have drinks and maybe an appetizer - make a reservation to get a table right in the front. People walk past and let their kids run wild, so it's not exactly a romantic spot.
terrific food and service, sunset views are wonderful. Cannot recommend highly enough! a must do while you are there!
We arrived at our reservation and it was drizzling, they were nice enough to hold our table outside until it stopped. The setting is a stunning view of the ocean and by the time it was sunset, it stopped raining and we saw a beautiful sunset. The food was great, very fresh. Wish it wasnt our last night eating there,...
