This is by far the worst Fazolis I have ever visited.I went during lunch time and there was one person in the whole place.I ordered my food and after30 MINUTES LATER I still had no food.Once I finally received my food I was told there were no breadsticks ready.This was completely unacceptable and I got a refund and went elsewhere... We went there today for lunch. I haven't been there for a while and I wasn't impressed with the changes. The price increases were shocking. NOT WORTH IT. Very disappointing. Probably won't be back.

Never heard of Fazolis until went to Cross Lanes WV for the first time. Me being from New York an very picky as to what kind of Italian food I eat. Surprise , very good and well worth it.

Average across the boards! Food is always decent, staff is ok, restaurant is clean! The only downer is that the drive thru is very slow, but with this type of food it can be expected.
