This is a nice hidden gem in charleston. The food is excellent, however it is pricey so don't come on a budget. I had the grouper grilled which was very well done. They have a menu for sunday bruch which looks awesome.

Finding decent food in Charleston is like finding a gold in a coal mine....rare. But BRB....seems to have struck it rich. Service is sweet and fluid. Selections are vast and fresh each time. Very nice layout, cool bar, nice area only 5 minutes across the bridge and up the hill.
Walked in around 4:00pm on a Saturday afternoon. Decided to sit in the bar area because the dining area has all of the ambience of a Shoney's(booths, booths and more booths). Stood there in the bar area with my friend for a good eight minutes due to the fact that every single table and every single open place at the...

I noticed there are guest that complain of a "pricey" menu?? But the Bistro has the ambiance, cleanliness, food quality and an excellent staff that caters to your beck and call! They have experienced a tragic loss of one of the owners but Chef Wong's Wife Sherri is still a staple there. The GM and Executive Chef has worked for...

The Bridge Road Bistro is a popular bar and restaurant among Charleston folk, especially the South Hills set, yeah, you know who you are. The bar waiters are great at making you feel right at home (thanks, Derek), just like Cheers. That keeps lots of folks coming back again and again. The original owner and chef, Robert Wong, died an...

I came here with my husband and parents, thinking that a bistro had more options. They sell buffalo burger which was not buffalo burger as my husband is a chef and knows the difference. I ordered salad that was the most pitiful expensive salad I have ever seen. The salad was dirty, it has black dirt under hidden and the...

Hello Atlantic Dollar,
I am writing in reference to your review on Trip Advisor...My deepest apologies for your unfortunate experience with us. I so wish that i was made aware of this situation.
We actually thoroughly clean our romaine hearts before they are grilled so i'm a bit confused as to why it appeared dirty. Possibly the grill markings made...

My wife's boss invited to dinner here. I had heard the food was excellent but overpriced. I was not disappointed. The food was very good. The clam chowder was superb. The food and service justify the prices. I have been back several times at lunch for the clam chowder.
If you're looking for a place to eat with slightly elevated fare that won't blow your budget, I'd recommend this restaurant. I had a bison burger, something you don't expect to find in WV, and it was excellent. Also located in a cute little shopping district that is worth checking out.
I took my mother and a friend to lunch today. Visiting Bridge Road Bistro is always a treat. Lovely atmosphere, except the TV's really seem out of place in this restaurant. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. My mother had the fish & chips ( 3 large pieces of battered tilapia with homemade potato chips) & cole slaw. $13.95 & very...

We moved to Charleston a little over one year ago and made it to Bridge Street Bistro last night. Overall I thought the food was mediocre. The glaze on the foie gras was far too sweet while the butternut squash dish was very bland. What struck me most was the ambiance. At this price point I expect more than a...
