Stopped in for some chowder after reading all the reviews on Tripadvisor and were not disappointed! The chowder was so fresh and likely the best either of us has ever had!!!
This little place is so tiny, but really cute with a nice old guy working there while he watches movies. He had several kinds of chowder and I enjoyed crab chowder for the first time. My husband liked his coconut crusted shrimp. Limited menu, but it was warm and we were hungry. Comfortable seating area in the small room.
It was really small and he's not open all the time but man the food was AWESOME. We would definately eat there again. My picky kids loved his chowder.
The service was really friendly and that is the only nice thing I can say about this place. The clam chowder was extremely thick and lacking flavor. There was a ton of potatoes and not very many clams. The breadsticks were bland and seemed previously frozen. We also got the crab cakes which were ok. Again, not much flavor.

We anticipate what new chowder will be on the menu for the weekend. They've all been great, and range from lobster, shrimp, salmon to broccoli and cheese. They'll give you a sample before you order. The... More
