This place was recommended by our hotel concierge as one of the best spots to eat. We loved the authentic food (variety of menu choices), the good beers, outstanding service and cozy ambiance. Highly recommended.
On a Saturday evening, we strolled in and were seated immediately. Polkas were emanating from the accordionist in lederhosen. Once seated, the waitress was quickly seeing to our needs. We ordered the sausage sampler platter as an appetizer. Then, we both ordered the schnitzel. Along with a German-style beer, we were happy campers!
Andreas Keller has become a favorite for my family. Anytime we have opportunity to even drive thru Leavenworth it is must stop. Atmosphere is unique with "barrel" booths. Great service and very accommodating to food allergies. Love the live music at night...just wish it started an hour earlier as we tend to have early dinners before our 3 hour journey...

Great atmosphere, great prices, huge portions... Very authentic. However, don't go here if your not "into" pork!
I don't know anything about German cuisine. I do know I liked this food! And the wine!! I found one I love! If only I knew the name of it. Friendly service. Great atmosphere.
Love Leavenworth, love the area.. My Jagersnitzel was good. Portion was plenty.. Husband had Weinersnitzel. He wasn't pleased.. Said it was too thin, overlooked & dry.. Friends liked their meal.. Waitress was pleasant & meals were served quickly as they weren't too busy.. Our place of lodging said "hands down" this was the best German food in town. I would...

If want to experience a Bavarian meal, this was a great place to eat. It reminded us of the Hofbrauhaus in Munich. Good food, good service, even some music to dine by.
And the smoked pork chop is the best I've had on this continent - seriously. Even in Germany I'm not sure I've had better.
