We had dinner here for our 26 year anniversary. Plenty of food that is made fresh right in front of you. the drinks were delicious and the chef kept everyone entertained. Definitely worth a try if you are thinking about it.

Excellent food plus a nice show. Many times restaurants of this type let show take over and food suffers, This isn't the case here. This was our 2nd time and food was excellent both times. First time just wife and I, 2nd a group of 6. Service, i.e. drink refills suffered the 2nd time and they didn't seem that busy....

Food was excellent and the entertainment of the chefs were wonderful! Atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. Will be back for sure!
I know we don't have that many great restaurants in the Tri-Cities, but we shouldn't settle for high prices at places that don't live up to expectations. This is an expensive restaurant that I presume charges so much because of the Hibachi show. However, we ironically had the same chef for both visits, and he was clearly not enjoying himself....

We tried Fujiyama when it was new last summer. The food was average and the service a little below average. We decided to give them a few months to figure things out and give them another try. My husband is allergic to shellfish so they cook his meal in the back rather than on the hibachi. From our first experience,...

If you've been to one Japanese Steakhouse, you know what to expect...and you will find the usual food here...very delicious, and at reasonable prices. We did miss having a sushi selection like you'd find at Benihana, but the main dishes were up to par and left us full and satisfied.
Of course, the "show" is a major part of any...

Restaurant is family friendly and clean. Servers and cooks were exceptional. Loved watching the cooks entertain the guests.

The hibachi prepared food had a distinct flavor of dry garlic flakes that would not leave the palate and also a...

I've waited a long time for this sort of restaurant to come to the Tri-Cities and my patience has been rewarded. Very entertaining preparation of the food at your table, nice ambiance. My companion and I both enjoyed our selections very much. We'll be regulars there and I highly recommend it.
