This place feels very dated inside. The kind of funky that was interesting 20 years ago. Food is pretty average and not very creative, certainly not low fat. I would suggest a remodel and a updated menu. Seemed a little worn and less than clean.

Service is always quick. I was a little disappointed with my fish taco. Very little fish in it. Others had steak & ribs & they were very good.

Never disappointed when we bring the family here. The ribs have been a favorite for years. In fact, they had been voted "best ribs on the pipeline" by a pipeline maintenance crew who frequented Billy's after training exercises. The burgers are always good, the early bird special is also a great value.

This is a national chain of processed, salty, frozen food of not great quality. Service was so so. I won't return.

Hit and miss with this place. You'll either love it or hate it. Fun atmosphere. Lots of nostalgia. Lighting is a little dark.

The ribs were succulent and fell of the bone. The chicken was moist and the sides were soooo wonderful.
