Have only had one slow experience with a new server. Other than that - this is the best Italian food in the region. Very nice, family owned. Such a pleasant surprise in the area. Can be busy on popular nights, so reservations are recommended. They have specials sometimes during the week that makes great deals for two. Don't live or... More

Visited with my wife and daughter on Saturday night. My wife and I have dined here half a dozen times. We had calamari appetizer, which was tender but not as crisp as it should be, then the house salad, which was good, followed by our entrees. My wife had penne formaggio, my daughter had the salmon picatta while I had... More

A few of my friends who are great cooks have been raving about this place for a year. They are really picky about other people's food so I figured it must really be good. I was craving Italian the other night and decided to give it a try. It was great, and Tuesdays they have a special where its like... More

I always take my friends, family, and clients here for lunch and dinner. It is a great place to meet and go over business items or just hang out and enjoy the company and food. Tuesdays are busy as it is couples night and the week-ends stay booked. I would recommend calling in advance for dinner reservations. Lunch is great.... More

I rarely trust an Italian place that has misspellings in its Italian menu, but in this case, the food makes up for several misses in terms of menu, atmosphere, and service. An Italian restaurant that's out of Chianti? Really? Who's the food and beverage manager? Ouch. We substituted prosecco, but apparently our waiter had no idea it was a "champagne"... More

We were visiting Williamsburg and Newport News so we checked out the area restaurants and found this. Tucked at the corner of a nondescript strip plaza, it looked like nothing especially from outside in the dark, but inside - we were greeted warmly, and promptly seated by the front corner window. Inside, the place was decorated very nicely, with a... More

We came here for a semi-romantic evening, but our visit here felt like a visit to an average family restaurant with kids running around, people dressed in shorts and t-shirts, and servers who seemed to busy. At least the food was decent. This restaurant is trying to be something it is not. The food/menu are nothing special and offer no... More

My husband and I recently moved to the area. We were excited that there was such a highly rated Italian restaurant in the neighborhood. The place is ok, but we won't be going back. My husband's food was overcooked. My salad met by expectations.

My husband and I had the privilege to dine at the vineyards last night. our overall experience was nothing short of amazing, from the moment we walked in we were greated with a heartwarmimg smile by the hostess, we didnt have a reservation and told us she would do the best she could. We only had to wait 5 minutes.... More
