The lunch menu is a real bargain. We had the salad with salmon and the lunch special, chicken salad on croissant with fruit and cole slaw. Service was excellent.

Every time I visit my best friend in Virginia we go here. I love the bruschetta! Its family friendly place. Everything is good here.
Our host at our B&B recommended Liberty Station and we went without a reservation at 7:00 on a Friday night. We were told there would be a 15 minute wait by one of the hostesses. It was much closer to 5 minutes when were seated. The hostess who sat us asked us for what we would like to drink and...

This is a special place to eat in Bedford. The prime rib is wonderful. I've also had the raspberry chicken dish, which was terrific. But count on a wonderful prime rib!!! It's always been the best. Great Bloody Mary's, also. The restaurant is set in the former train station, and it's quite attractive. Service has always been wonderful here, also....

I had the salt and pepper catfish. It tasted like the top fell off the salt shaker and all of the salt fell into the batter. I like salt, but this was way over salted. We had air conditioning blowing on us and the service was slow and not that good. I would go back again and give them another...

We visited this restaurant while staying at a B&B in Bedford, VA. It is the site of an old railroad station--actually the original building burned in Sept. 2009 and was rebuilt. The atmosphere is nice and one would think that you are in a train station. The food was excellent--ribs were to die for! Service was great and the owner/manager...

The service is very friendly and very good. The old train station is nostalgic, especially when a real train passes by the windows....

This review is based on one lunch. If you are anywhere near Bedford, Virginia, this restaurant is a very good choice for good food--and the locals seem to agree.. The service is very good, and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is large, but even at lunch on a cold April day, it was almost full. I suspect that reservations...

The restaurant has unique décor and still on a live train track. I had the salt and pepper catfish and it was gooooood. They did have a few vegetarian options for my wife including a veggie burger! The service was a little slow, but it gave us time to take in the feel of the place. The cheesecake was pretty...

We have visited Liberty Station several times over the last couple of years, and the one thing that I have found is that their food seems very consistent (very important to me).
On our last visit, the service was slow considering that the restaurant was only about 1/3 full and it was a Friday night. During our several visits, we...
