The ambience of actually sitting in a "living room" environment and having a delicious meal can't be beat. I had the best piece of salmon ever. Ron, the owner and chef, came to our table and told us the story of how he happened to buy this great bistro. He was wonderful...and a great cook. It's also a BYOB place,... More

Good food that was overshadowed by a server that couldn't figure out had to cool off ice tea. If you have a job as a server the very least you should know is your beverage selection.

Ponce defies conventional description. It is part coffee shop, part living room, part restaurant, combining the three to make a cozy, very friendly place to meet friends, take a date, or just enjoy a plush sofa, and easy chair, or a high-backed stool while sampling an amazingly large menu for this relatively small place. After a fun filled day exploring the area, we were looking for some delicious food and a great atmosphere to relax and have a nice... More

Working up a strong appetite from a blustery walk through Manchester Center during the morning, we decided to stop in at this restaurant after seeing some good reviews and were not disappointed. Situated inside a typical New England home off of Main Street, the atmosphere was an eclectic mix of cozy small town (large sofa chairs, fire place, creaky floors)... More

While the ambiance and food were of excellent quality - - - - The amount served (which was lean) and the price charged (was overly expensive for the amount serviced. The salmon was so small and the horseradish completely took away any taste of salmon

Where do I start? First time my girlfriend and I were in Manchester, VT, we landed at the Reluctant Panther Inn up the road. After we arrived, we began combing the town for a top-rated, reasonably-priced restaurant with a gluten-free option. We walked into Ponce for lunch, then came back again the following day for lunch and dinner again. Despite... More

Best food we had in Manchester, great service and vibe. Sit by the fire. Good prices, nice artwork on the wall, and good background music.
