Soup was good, but nothing special. Coffee was good. They are a little overpriced on both, but it was convenient and needed at the time.
We all enjoyed our choices. The ploughman's plate had really delcious salami. The quiche was a generous serving of tasty food. They have a totally amazing selection if soft drinks, hot and cold.
My husband and I went on a little weekend getaway to VT, and came across this wonderful little place. The food was so delicious! Especially the Mushroom Brie soup. Great prices and such a quaint place. Definitely worth the drive.
This is a small mom pop eatery offering sandwiches/deli items and salads. It's decorated like a house on the inside, very informal and as others say, cozy. It isn't fine dining but casual. It may be your only option as everything closes early in Vermont and the Grafton Inn may be off limits to the public due to prior engagements.... More
We have been going to Mack's Place for as long as it has been opened. We spend time each year in Grafton and this is our favorite place to have breakfast and lunch. I think it opened up about 6/7 years ago and we have never had a bad experience at the restaurant. It is a fun, friendly place to... More

Firstly, this is a small casual restaurant with limited space. Don`t expect luxury. That said it is a quaint breakfast and lunch restaurant with wonderful soups and sandwiches , great deserts good coffee and cider and friendly people. And it is attached to a really nice gift shop with the local cheeses, wines maple syrups etc. definitely worth a visit.
Unable to find anything for vegetarians to eat in Woodstock, we ventured onward with our dogs to Grafton. Mack's Place Eatery was the perfect solution to our problem. Outdoor dining (both a cute patio and a picnic table) and vegetarian options. My husband and I both had veggie burgers with sauteed onions on a Portuguese "muffin." Really delicious. But the... More
This is the third time we've eaten here. Our first two experiences were more positive, but this time was very disappointing. Seating is ridiculously limited so we wound up holding our dishes in our laps while sitting in stuffed chairs in front of a wood stove (not operating). While they advertise that breakfast is available until 1:00, at 11:45 we... More
