A little expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. The service is top notch. They even provide complimentary coffee while you wait for a table...and trust me you will wait.. It's THAT good!!!!

Had the Lumber Jack Breakfast this morning at Papa Pete's and boy it was good and there was certainly enough food for a lumberjack. Service was outstanding. Prices are great. Nice small cafe atmosphere. Will be back.

After reading reviews on Trip Advisor, we decided to go to Papa Pete's on our way through Bennington. We had to wait 20 minutes because the restaurant was so busy, but it was definitely worth the wait! Our omelets were great, the service was fast and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable.

We had a fun breakfast at papa Pete's, even with a long wait for our food. Be prepared to go with the flow. But beware the pancakes! The smallest one available is 14" across and comes on a pizza pan with a rolling pizza cutter. It's pretty tasty, but nothing special... except enormous! Who needs that much pancake?
