Description: Considered one of Dallas’ leading restaurants serving the finest American cuisine and steaks, Cafe on the Green is the main restaurant at the award-winning Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas. The warmly sophisticated restaurant overlooks the lush resort grounds and resort swimming pool. It offers an array of seating preferences from intimate tables for two to private dining rooms for up to 20. Executive Chef Christof Syre and Chef de Cuisine Jonathan Rivera are big personalities at the restaurant and each of them has influenced the menu that features the freshest local produce, seafoods and steaks. Desserts are the creation of Four Seasons’ renowned Executive Pastry Chef Randy Gehman. The Café is ideal for romantic dinners, celebrations or casual dining with friends. An important note is that Master Sommelier James Tidwell is often available during dinner to personally talk to guests and consult on their wines selections. Recently rated a Forbes Four Star.

Loved this little taster lunch with 4 small sample parts. Fresh tasty and memorable. Server named George knowledgeable and very proficient Great homemade soups and a great buffet if you are hungry.

We celebrated an anniversary at the restaurant in Las Colinas which was arranged by one of the Managers at the Four Seasons in Miami. The food prepared by Chef Rivera could not have been better. We started with an Organic green salad with strawberry-basil dressing. It was perfect leading to my wife's choice of a filet with peppercorn sauce and... More

The service and food were excellent. The wine list is fairly broad with nice variety. The deserts were also exceptional. We will definitely return.

Hadn't planned to go there for breakfast, but very glad we did. The brunch was superb with plenty of choices. Great place for a leisurely Sunday breakfast. I will be going back.

In updating an earlier review, I have had a great luncheon experience there today. Quiet, well serviced and excellent foods. Again don't look for the "businessman special", but you will have a four seasons experience, and change your mood for the rest of the day.

Okay, it's a Four Seasons, so you would guess the main restaurant would be a great presentation. And it is, and nice to look out at the resort pool while dining. But to me, the time to try them on is for a Sunday or holiday brunch. Very broad selection of giant shrimp and crab claws, meat dishes and more.... More

Thanksgiving is the most wretched meal to cook I can imagine so we've always gone to holiday buffets at area hotels. In Dallas, we've tried the Fairmont many times, as well as The Melrose & the Stoneleigh. All were good, but none of them are at the level of the holiday brunch at Cafe on the Green at the FSR.... I was here for a corporate event and we didn't have time to leave the hotel. This place is terrific. The lunch buffet for $23 is a great deal. If I lived around here, I'd eat here every week. Highly recommended and the usual outstanding Four Seasons service.

The selection and originality of the dishes was a plus. Everything from fresh fish to vegan choices. It was first class!
