Ate at Cavalli's for the first time on a recent trip to Dallas. Wonderful pizza! Different than anything else I have had before. It was GREAT! Would recommend this to anyone traveling to Dallas.

This place was fantastic! The food was great (ordered calamari, fried zucchini, and pizza) and the service was very good as well. It was a bit smaller than I expected, but I liked the fact that there was outside seating, as the weather was very nice. They do not serve alcohol, but you can BYOB. We ordered a pizza and... More

So, I found this place because it was a) close to where I was staying and b) ranked highly on local blogs. I first thought the pizza may be to large (12"), but the size was perfect, the taste...spot on. It was a toss between this place and Grimaldi's (which would have been a few dollars more for the same... More

It's hard to share food here with large groups because the portions are small so order accordingly! We LOVE the arugula and prosciutto pizza and can't get enough of it. Yum! The jalapeño and artichoke dip is awesome and not spicy. (This and the calamari are good for sharing).

Brick oven so you get those nice crisp edges - great toppings. This easily compares to what I had in Rome. By far the most authentic - AND BEST pizza that I have had in DFW. Order at the counter and they will bring it to you. Save room for the dessert pizzas. Also certified authentic Neopolitan!!

Excellent pizza, reasonable prices, and good service. Cross between a fast food restaurant and sit down restaurant. Not exactly what I expected but the pizza was great. They do not serve wine which was disappointing but they allow BYOB which we were not aware of before we visited. Irving salad was also great. Definitely recommend... just remember you order, then... Love the pizza. Order the Dallas or the McKinney. Have enjoyed everything we tried there. The crust is yummy.

I was suspect pulling up to this restaurant in a standard suburban strip mall, surrounded by a host of other eating establishments. It turns out that the pizza was very good. Some of the topping choices were suspect in my opinion, but I stuck with the classic and it was everything you would expect. Tangy sauce, fresh cheese, and charred... More

I recently stayed at a nearby hotel and was looking for a salad to have for dinner and was pleasantly surprised that they had a good variety and even offered specials on salads that evening. Didn't try the pizza but i did see it being cooked in the brick oven so it might be worth a try.

This is a great neighborhood pizza place...I just wish it were in my neighborhood! Cavalli claims to be the first restaurant in Texas to be certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana as serving genuine Neapolitan style pizza. I've yet to visit Naples to compare it, but I can say this is very good pizza using fresh ingredients and cooked... More
