This was a good place average prices and good portions-fresh and available food but the staffing could have been better and trained more.

When this place first opened we thought we would check it out and wow the food was good. Now we eat here at least once a month. Great food, the staff knows us now and are very nice to us. I would recommend this place if you are shopping or doing business in the Galleria mall in Houston.

My family was shopping in Galleria mall lash weekend. We saw the E-Tao offers Dim Sims. We tried few items first. WOW!!! what a suprise! We love the Scallion Pan Cake, Barbeque Pork Buns, Shanghai Soup Dumpling. If you are looking for AUTHENTIC Chinese food, E-Tao is the right place to go.

What a find... tucked away in the galleria... delicious dim sum served every day! Huge menu with many choices and a special section of authentic dishes. The dumplings are just incredible. Also has a variety of drinks like bubble tea... Very convenient for locals and travelers staying in the galleria-area hotels alike.
