You have got to research this to get directions right, but it's worth the hunt! Huge burgers, fries, etc., but don't go there being in a hurry...the service, probably because they are SO busy, is slow, but not to be complaining. It is expensive, but the burgers are great and the experience is fun! THere's an outside area for seating,... More

This was recommended by the hotel we stayed at in Glen Rose and though a little bit hard to find, it was well worth the trip! The decor reminded us of Luckenback - Willie Nelson was everywhere. We had the 3-meat BBQ plate - not only was it delicious but was enough for 2! Will definitely be back!

I have been several times with various friends and family and everyone says it is the best they have ever had.The amount of food is astounding. No two people can eat an order of onion rings and they are fantastic. The ribs and brisket are the best in the USA and the ribs are huge.

Poor management, waited over an hour just to be seated. Waited another 20 minutes to be asked for our order, and another hour and still no food. Was told by owner, "not to be in a hurry" and " there's no reason for an attitude" when I inquired how much longer. All the signs were there, couldn't tell us how... More

This place is great for many reasons-the saw dust on the floor, the "building" itself, the "outhouse" restrooms. The food is VERY good-onion rings to die for. Portions are scary big-no human can eat that much. Service is a tad surly which we did not mind-it's a "real", down to earth experience. Check when they open and arrive early-there were... More

The food is top shelf! I've been here several times and NEVER had anything that wasn't excellent. The atmosphere is fun and you can't beat it on a pretty day. Have an ice cold beer with your food!

I learned two things at the Loco Coyote, one is patience, we had to wait to get on the list to be seated, then had to wait to be seated, then had to wait over an hour for our order. The second thing I learned was I will not be going back. I will say this, they give you way... More

We had dinner there with a group of friends and you want to talk about HUGE portions of great food that would absolutely be an understatement. A few of us ordered the PIG OUT platter with ribs, sausage, chicken, catfish, brisket and fries for 2 and it can easily serve 4 or more. Ice cold buckets of beer and Sawdust... More

We went on Valentines Day expecting a long wait. It wasn't that bad. We ordered the pig out and took enough for three more meals home with us. The food was really tasty....loved the ribs most of all but it was all great. We definitely will go again!

We were on an "out west" getaway so the backwoods atmosphere of the Loco Coyote Grill was just the right feel. From the rustic seating to the shabby signs to the "out house" bathrooms, Loco Coyote Grill gives off that Texas flavor. The food was pretty average. Catfish was crispy and BBQ brisket was just ok. But what it lacks... More
