This is also a place that is a must visit. I believe it is the best pie we have ever eaten. Very very good and right across from the RockBox Theater!!!!!

Best pie ever! I had the bourbon orange pecan, which was heavenly. My daughter had peach blueberry, which she described as bliss! Next time I'll try something else...possibly coconut meringue ...or the most popular (according to the owner) cherry! I'm certain they're all divine!
Husband and I have been to Fredericksburg Pie Company many times over the last few years and one thing remains the same...consistently great pies! We always have the bourbon/orange/pecan because its awesome, but we also tried the chocolate cream and coconut cream. They too were outstanding! It's just the best pie we've ever had anywhere! The crust melts in your...

My wife and I stopped in for a bite of pie on our 10th Wedding Anniversary visit. I had the Chocolate pecan and she had Blueberry/Peach. Both pies were great. Ambience/atmosphere was inviting. Not too overly priced. 2 slices of pie, w// ice cream, an iced tea and a cup of coffee was a little over $17
My mom highly suggested this place back from their visit in '09. It's still there and fantastic. You can get it by the slice up to a full pie. We took our four pieces back to the RV. We got the banana cream, chocolate cream and chocolate pecan. WOW!!! They are good. I should have bought the buttermilk to try...

Owned and operated by husband/wife baking team who bake their pies fresh daily. Cute atmosphere with a little gift shop. Had the peach/praline pie and key lime (went there twice it was so good!) which were excellent! Flaky crust/home made taste. A must eat while in Fredericksburg tx!
On our annual girls trip, we went almost right when they opened on a Sunday morning, and the place was already pretty busy. We were pretty excited about eating some delicious pie, and this place was perfect! Trying several different pies, we were delighted about how yummy the pies were and how sweet the owners were. If the pie wasn't...

Go early b/c the pie usually sells out around 3pm. We went after a late lunch (~2pm) and they only had a few choices left. We had the peanut butter, pecan and apple. Peanut butter was so good. Great place to go for dessert!
I have never in my life paid $25 for a pie but it was pretty darn close to being worth it. They sell half pies so we were able to get half peach and half cherry. Convenient location.
The pecan pie was the best I have ever eaten. The crust just melted in your mouth and the pecan filling was light and chocked full of pecans. Cute house that has been turned into the cafe and the choices of pie made it very difficult to choose just one. Great place to go for dessert.
