Coffee was excellent. Food was delicious and we had a very friendly server. We will return to this cafe on future trips.

Recently opened in the Texas Panhandle, Perks serves a variety of coffees. My espresso was as tasty as anything I'd drunk during my six years in Europe, including months in Italy.
