The cornmeal catfish was horrible. No flavor at all and the fish was undercooked. I would not recommend ordering it.

No too impressed. Took 20 minutes to get in to eat average food and get average service. We wanted out salads out first and within 1 minute our entrees came out. By the time we finished our salads our entrees (fish) got cold. Told a mgr. she just said I'm sorry your server is having a tough night. Seriously!?!

Cheddars is great for a family on a budget, or for people with huge appetites. Either way, you'll be more than satisfied. The food is quite tasty, the service is pleasant and attentive, and the atmosphere is loud....not really where you'd go for an intimate dinner. That wasn't a problem for our rowdy group of 7. Everyone enjoyed their meals...

Four of us ate there and the place was so noisey that we had to struggle to converse with each other. On the other hand they handled all of our food allergies flawlessly.

The menu wasn't exactly creative and innovative, and the look and feel was typical chain restaurant, but the standard food offerings were quite well made, and they give you very large portions.

Cheddar's has a lot of variety in their menu, and the food is very good too. Overall it's a great value. If you are going there on Friday nights in College Station though, it might be a bad idea because the waiting line is LONG and takes about an hour just to be seated.

An inviting environment on a very busy strip of business near Texas A&M University. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. Lunch specials are a great value for those on a budget. Don't miss the spinach dip. It is outstanding!

a steak dinner for around $9.99? even in Texas this is good! Also we never have to wait long for a table even when it's really busy, but the bigger the party and busier it is the longer the wait.
