I had the smoked buffalo hot wings last night at Jim n nicks. Been there several times my wife's favorite BBQ rest. Those smoked wings were the best I've ever had. Great dry rub that cooked its flavor all the way to the bone, and not too salty like some dry rubs! Only 8 per order but they are jumbo... More

On my way home from the airport I stopped for Brunswick stew. I placed my order and waited behind a couple of cars with apparently lengthy orders. Finally I get to the window to be told Oops we didn't make any today. I told the guy ok I will just take the tea I ordered. He asked if I was... More

I try to eat here at least once each time I am in Smyrna. Although I do tend to get the same thing, pick 3 with brisket, hot links, and pork, everything I have tried has been good. Brisket is very tender and has good smoke, the hot links aare very book just the right amount of spice. All the... More

Jim & Nicks serves some really good BBQ. There is really no need to follow with "for a chain", but it is different for a chain or for that matter any place serving up a pretty good variety on their menu. I haven't tried every thing but the pulled pork (or as we call it "barbeque" is very good and... More

Went with my family for my birthday, service and food was great! Good pace and a non-rushed atmosphere lunch.

BBQ! If Pigs Had Wings, I'd Eat Them Too! (One of their T-shirts). This is the real deal! Cheese muffins are worth getting all by themselves! The salads are excelletn, burgers even better, but the BBQ is what they are known for and it's all worth it. The skin on fries are some of the best around, the onion rings... More

got the regular ribs (five bones), beans, slaw, and mini muffins. The drive-thru was convenient as I was dead tired and the line moved quickly. The muffins were microwave tough and the beans could have come out of a can. The ribs were lean and did not have much meat on them so a double order or perhaps a half... More

Jim & Nicks is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is excellent, the service is excellent also. They have great brisket, pulled pork, & turkey. I especially like their "Pig-In-The-Garden" salad.
