Nice, clean place with very good food and very good customer service. Good location but like all the rest they're not open on Sundays.

They were really busy with traffic wrapped around the building. Biscuits were dry and crumbly. Was really disappointed for the price that you have to pay to eat there.

Eating at Chick-fil-A is a must whenever our family visits the Smokies. They always look very busy, but the service is quick and friendly, the food is high quality, and the restaurant is always clean. They definitely work hard to keep customer service in the highest caliber, and it shows.

Great food and the quality is always maintained. Quick service. In and out with style and with the order you wanted. Management style is consistent everywhere. Drive thru order takers are the busiest in the business. Always allow for a lengthy line. It is always busy.

I love Chick-fil-A. This is a busy restaurant, but the food is always great, and the service is awesome. The nicest people work here. And on the plus side, they have a play ground.

It is hard to beat Chick-fil-A for good fast food. Love the prices!! The lemonade is a must when we travel.

I love the fact that my husband and I can split a larger order of chicken nuggets and just upsize the waffle fries and order an extra drink and it still fits in our budget!! Like the fact that they close on Sundays!!
