Sat at the bar on Tapas Tuesday last night and had fantastic service and food. Water refilled before empty. Drinks served promptly. Food was fantastic, especially the sliders and boiled peanut hummus. Food and drink service outstanding. Great ambiance as well. Have been several times and they never disappoint.

My husband and I ate at Robert Irvine's "Eat!" for dinner. We weren't very hungry so we just ordered off the tapas menu. We were happily surprised at the size of the servings! It was plenty for us. I has a tasty glass of red wine ( I always do) and we ordered Oysters Bienville, Fried Green Tomatoes and Crab... More

Robert Irvine's Eat restaurant is located in an upscale strip mall off of the William Hilton Parkway (Bus 278) set back from a Wendy's. I say this because there is no signage for it until you are actually at the restaurant and it is kind of tricky to locate. Once there, however, you are in for a treat. We went... More

After reading other reviews, I was expecting to be a little disappointed with my first visit to Eat! However, my friends and I were vey pleasantly surprised. The food was good. Appetizers were fried green tomatoes and soft shell crab. Entrees of pasta, short ribs, chicken. All were delicious as were the sides. Our server, Shane, was great! I would... More

We have been coming to Eat! for a number of years now. It has always been on our list of "must-do's" every time we are in Hilton Head. The last few times we have been here, we have been a bit disappointed in the quality of both the food and service. We ate here this week on Tapas Tuesday. The... More

It was a wonderful experience. Like so many others, when traveling, food is apart of experiencing what the local venue has to offer. Of course, I have seen Robert Irvine cook on TV, but this is a new level of interaction because the food, staff, and ambiance were quality.

We have eaten here many times over the past several years. Tonight we took friends to celebrate a major anniversary. We chose to have a dinner of only tapas and were once again pleased by the food and service. You can select any combo of the tapas but if you can go with another couple or two most of the... More

Took my wife here to celebrate her birthday. Had 6:30 reservations. First thing I noticed when we walked in, was a nasty odor. Couldn't place it but it wasn't pleasant. We were seated right away. The place wasn't crowded on a Saturday night . Didn't even get settled or have a chance to look at the specialty drink menu or... More

Third visit to E.A.T. proved somewhat disappointing. The signature blackened red snapper with shrimp and grits was not up to previous standards-grits with tomato coulis were perfect but fish overlooked (cost taken off bill after our comments); sweet potato bread pudding with Tabasco ice cream ( my reason for returning!) tasted fine but was not as warm as it should...
