Nice happy hour and good brunch. Food is very good and prices are reasonable. The outdoor seating is fun -- city like atmosphere. Very lively.
Unique setting with a variety of. Seating inside and out. The chef has a wide selection of unique entrees. Don't miss the cranberry walnut salad, and hummus plate. The soups are very good.
A beautiful, classy café where we enjoyed a fantastic late lunch of a curry chicken salad sandwich with a choice of terrific sides--we chose the walnut/blue cheese salad. It was all fantastic--one of the best lunch meals we've had in Columbia. The service was also exceptional--friendly and very attentive. Craving the sandwich and salad right now!
Cafe Caturra is a nice little spot for a light dinner. Though it is in the parking lot of the shopping center it is nicely decorated and has some outside seating. The menu features what I would consider just-right portions. I recently had the scallops and would surely have those again. On another occasion I had the pizza and would... More
Who knew? We frequent Trenholm Plaza and the other night were there and it was dinner time. As we left Publix, we spotted Cafe Caturra right there. It was a busy Friday night but we were able to just walk in and get a great table on the patio. Even though the restaurant sits in the parking lot of the... More
Hayden was an excellent server; very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was very good and the portions were large. A college town bar atmosphere with a small wine list having some excellent selections. I had a delicious white pizza with olives and mushrooms (and lots of garlic) and a lovely garden salad. My wife enjoyed a grilled chicken panini and... More
My wide and I found the is little gem by chance. We stopped at Golden Corral, which we discovered had closed. Three young men were walking away from the door and I asked them for a nice restaurant near by. They pointed us in this direction. The restaurant is hidden away in a shopping center, so you have to look... More
I have visited Cafe Caturra on several ocassions! Today while I sat at a highboy table by the hostess station waiting on my food, I watched the hostess refill the glass water bottles that are given to diners while they wait on their food. I was totally grossed out as I watched her refill bottles that still had water leftover... More
Nice atmosphere and friendly service. If you are really hungry, that's no the place to go. Food taste good but portions are too small. A little expensive, two persons late lunch cost $65.00 and both weren't satisfy. We ask for appetizer, the waitress recommended guacamole with chips; guacamole was cold (feel as they take it out of the fridge). I... More
We've been to Cafe Caturra twice now for lunch. They serve really delicious and fresh food-I had a curry chicken salad sandwich; my husband had a roast beef and cheese sandwich. The salad (greens, walnuts, dried cherries, blue cheese and a raspberry dressing) was great! I love the Mediterranean decor; it's very earthy and cozy. We ate outside;it was a... More
