We went with a group of 15 people for lunch, after USC Graduation on Friday. Service was great, food was yummy, no complaints at all. The total bill was quite reasonable considering most of us had a beer or two. We started with some pimiento cheese - delish. Mussels were cooked perfectly. Crab cake was nice and crabby - not... I had lunch on Friday, the Shrimp Po' Boy was terrific, the salad and dressing amazing. Returning on Saturday early for dinner, I selected the mussels to start, what a pile, lovely and tasty if maybe a little too well done for me, excellent sauce with chorizo in it, and huge bruschetta croutons made this. I then had the crab-crusted... More

Recently visited on Jazz Thursday. This micro brewery near the USC campus is outstanding! Good beverages, great food, and Jazz!! The beverages and food are served up by friendly, helpful wait staff and the Jazz is led by Skip Pearson, a veteran musician. My favorite starter is the Bean Dip with an ESP brew. This night my entree was a... More

We went here for a few beers and pub type grub and were not disappointed. You cannot book but we had no trouble getting a table. Not massive portions of food which makes a nice change from the pile them high take it home norm in the u.s.

Great atmospher and wonderful local ESB. My wife and I visited here on a whim last summer and were delighted. We had waited 8 months until our next visit to Columbia to visit. We ordered the Black Bean Dip appetizer, which was ice cold. We both ordered the Potato & Cheddar Pierogies for our meals. I have to say the... More

this place continues to have great service, food, and of course the beer. If you are looking for a nice night out with some friends, head on over and grab a few pints. You will not be disappointed

We just tried this place after not wanting to wait at our first choice restaurant for the night. At first it was weird due to the fact that there was no greeter and instead was a sign reading "Seat Yourself". It was crowded (it was a Friday night) but a table was available within 5 minutes. Once we got our... More

So I have been here a couple of times and it is ALWAYS top quality food. I had one of the specials which was shrimp scampi with pasta......yum! My friend had the pimento cheese BLT ...double yum. Always get a salad with the buttermilk dressing. You will dream about the dressing after you leave.

I think most people go here for the terrific ambience and their home-made beers which are strong but really good. But the food is really some of the best in town, they really try to do a lot more than typical bar food. It's as good as there beers and I highly recommend it even if only for food. One... More

If you are on the lookout for a different beer taste than the traditional big names, you will find great choices here. And if you just want some good value for money dinner, this is the right place, too.
