Don't expect individual care or "fluff"... they are busy and for good reason..... the food is homemade and great. Have had their catering also and I would swear my mom sent it.

I don't care for Fluff's Deli. Been there twice food isn't consistant, tastes weird often. Alot of the stuff is burnt... not very good. Servers are not the friendliest, not a welcoming atmosphere.
