My wife and I had decided to drive north, into the Hawley region, with no plans or agenda. We happened upon the Falls Port Inn and Restaurant and decided the charm of the building looked inviting. I'm glad we stopped in. The Atmosphere was comfortable, charming, and inviting. The food was fantastic, and the service was perfect. We asked about... More

Four of us stopped into Falls Port Inn for a couple drinks & appetizers. There was an IPA on draft that we dont see locally which was fun. We ordered calamari as an appetizer; it was great. I highly recommend it. Breading was delicate but very crispy. you could actually taste the calamari! The owners were present & very interesting.... More

We came here last night for a birthday dinner and everything was fantastic from the food to the service. Having a late reservation might have helped, but getting the table with throne like chairs in front of the fireplace on a cold winter night was a nice way to start the evening, and when our captain, John greeted us and... I have been to the restaurant a couple of times. One time the food was terrible and there were only two tables full in the restaurant. Have not been back since and have no plans to return.

Last night we had the pleasure of dining at Fallsport and wanted to say a couple of words: the scallop crepes in herb sauce appetizer was absolutely melt in your mouth delicious ! As was the Chilean sea bass entre over rice with this berry reduction sauce. The sauces are perfection. My dining companions also raved about the calamari appetizer,... More

First off, I have been several times and every time it seems to be better than the last. On the most recent trip, my girlfriend and I shared drinks with the owners. I can tell you I've been in a lot of places in my day and the falls port has one of the most generous wine pours I have... More

I've been to the Falls Port one or two times a year for the past six, maybe seven, years. The owners are nice people - often engaging their customers in conversation about where they're from, and of course the food. And for a restaurant in a place you would not be expecting much, they have been a standout. The inside... More

I have been stationed in across the U.S. and throughout Europe. I try to eat at the better places wherever I am whenever I can. My girlfriend and I decided to try the Falls Port Inn for diner after we had stopped in earlier in the afternoon for a drink. The meal I had was in the top 7 meals... More
