A group of 5 women who get together once a month. Took 45 minutes for one of our ladies to get a glass of water. And, about the same amount of time to get our food. Waitress seemed friendly, but had a short memory and not very attentive. An Irish Pub with small beer selection; Nachos and Quesadillas as some... More

We stopped in for lunch and were impressed with the sandwiches, the service and the ambiance - a good replica of a real Irish pub. Definitely worth a try.

My husband and I had purchased a Groupon for Ceoltas. We had been to the bar, but had never eaten there and thought the Groupon would be a nice way to try it out without spending too much. We arrived and were a little unsure where to go for our reservation, but went to the second floor. We asked the... More

I have been here 4 times since they opened over the years, and have always gotten a good Irish meal, and service. I went over the summer with friends and ate up on the rooftop. We all loved the food. Had a great time drinking and hanging out on rooftop afterwards. My recent trip here in February was also a... More

I'm surprised this place is still in business. We had a Groupon and will never go back. Menu items were unavailable and the food was completely unremarkable - both in presentation and flavor.

Went to Ceolta's to see a friend's band, which was performing in The Thatch, the open-air bar on the roof (very neat experience.) The pub was clean, the servers were attentive without being obnoxious, and the beer selection was very good (even if our poor waitress had to run from the 3rd floor down to the first floor to get... Fantastic Happy Hour with 1/2 price appetizers. After work, get together on the roof top bar with friends and feel the breeze, enjoy great food and drink specials and usually some entertainment.

I've been here twice for dining. First meal I had the Shepherd's Pie & it was to die for! Absolutely delicious. Second time the fish & chips were highly recommended, I didn't enjoy the fish. The breading was soggy & yet really dark. The fries were good but not hot. The appetizers though were stupendous. Had the bruschetta, the hummus... More

There are lots of locals here after work. Pints of Yuengling lager on draft. We didn't eat here, but it's great for a drink before a Senators game. Service was terrific.
