Sandra was a fantastic server. She was attentive to our needs and helped me settle on a great meal. We have been to this location before and it just keeps getting better. I'm not a big "chain" person but this was walking distance from the hotel. It is a bit of a splurge but my husband's steak was excellent and... More

Same ole atmosphere. Same ole food. Not saying it is bad. Just same ole same ole. Our service was excellent. Which is not usual for our experiences at outback. Convenient to the hotels.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying $$$ for a good meal but, when you pay top dollar you assume good food and service. Both were terrible, blooming onion their signature appetizer was burnt and tasted sour. I ordered a cocktail “Long Island Tea” it tasted more like an ice tea then Long Island Tea, I ordered one more... More

We love The Outback! We've been more than a dozen times and not one time have we been disappointed with the food or the service. The steaks are great, there's a lot to choose from on the menu, the desserts are even better and we always have great service. One of our favorite places to eat!

Sat us rather quickly on a busy Friday night. Seemed to be shorthanded, servers had too many tables, so there were several waits for ordering, refills, etc. However our orders were prepared correctly, and left satisfied. This restaurant is located by several hotels, so they are used to transient customers.

We travel back and forth to California and always stop in Springfield,Ore.Never have enjoyed their signature steak, and their Bombay Sapphire Martini tasted like water... Could have 2 Martini and thought I had nothing....So I gave up on the steak and the gin..l.But last year I switched to the salmon and wine. The salmon was moist and tasty...with good veggies... So... I love the Outback commercials! But that is the best part of it! I tried this restaurant 3 years ago and was very disappointed! After the new commercial advertising Steak and Lobster for $14.99; It rekindled my appetite. My first clue that I was going to be disappointed was when the waitress told me they didn't honor the TV price.... More

If you check my reviews, you'll see I was blown away by a fish dinner I had at the Sparks, Nevada Outback last month. I gave the restaurant five stars. How different this experience was. I decided to stick to fish and tried the Fish and Chips when visiting the Springfield location on a recent business trip. I thought at... More

I expected more for all the hype you get on TV. The steak was grissely and everything else was a bit too TGI Mcfunsters, a better place is just down the street, I promise.

We paid in cash for our dinner, but the waitress charge our friends for our dinner too. We happened to catch it befor we left. Not good policy for the restaurants ' reputation, wondered how many didn't catch the mistake. Pricey place.
