Been going here for years, it is very good and right next door to a Vietnamese grocery store. The food is teriffic, the staff is nice and it is pretty authentic. NOTHING fancy, just good quality Pho.

Hands down, Kim Huong is our most favorite Vietnamese restaurant. You will be hard pressed to find anyone who makes a better pho or bun. I love the food here. They told me that they "do" Ho Chi Minh (southern Vietnamese) cuisine as opposed to central (Hoi An) or Northern (Hanoi) cuisine and it is deeeelicious. I don't care how much MSG or sugar they put in there (do they use MSG?). Green papaya salad, lemongrass chicken, ANY of their phos. YUM.
