We ate here on April 4, for our anniversary. We had never heard of this place, but we were very pleased with our experience. The restaurant has a friendly, and yet romantic feel to it. The staff was very kind and the owner was super friendly to all the patrons. Our waitress was very helpful and attentive to our questions... More

Although it appeared that this intimate space was fully booked when we arrived after a long day's travel, the waitress found space for us at the bar and we enjoyed a close-up view of drinks being poured, banter exchanged, and dishes prepared. The food was well-presented and delicious, the service was very friendly and the drinks were generous. What a... More

Lots of cafes in Old Town , Florence. Where do you have lunch? My recomadation is Maple Street Grille. Great looking room and the service was the best. It was pouring rain so we had a long relaxing lunch. The waitresses were just talking with us like we were friends. The food came fresh, well seasoned and just as we... More

We're not from Florence, but most of the people eating there sure did seem to know each other and they were having a great time. Walked right in on a Saturday nite, got a table immediately. Infectious good vibe all around. The only strange thing was the owner (?) discouraging us from ordering too many small plates! They were big... More

We had a very enjoyable lunch. The soup was excellent (broccoli and cheddar) and the sandwiches were worth it. The salads looked excellent, but I did not get to try them. The cocktail menu looked particularly enticing, we will have to return for dinner next time and have a drink as well.

Our favorite place in Florence and the bay-front area for dinner, hands down. Whenever we want a fantastic dining experience, we come here. It's not as roomy as some places, unless its summer and the patio is available, but pleasantly cozy and intimate. This is part of the charm. If you want to stop in on a cold wintery night,... More

It's not big so there is limited seating. We usually sit outside and enjoy a drink but the food is top notch and the flavor of this place has a lot of good vibes!

Though the Grille is located in a large house, seating is fairly limited, at least in November. The food was very good, but the meal was delayed because, at the waitperson put it, "We're having issues with the meatloaf." That had seemed like a good comfort food, but the chicken and potroast served our needs quite well.

The blue mac and cheese never disappoints. Smaller cozy atmosphere and a great bar with infused liquors.
