Went here on our honeymoon and drive by the place and it looked interesting. Good drinks, good food, good service. I would definitely go back!
This place was right across the street from our hotel, and we love cajun food so we tried it one night. We are from the Texas/Louisana area, so should have known better. I had the crab and shrimp and they were small and just OK. My wife had the shrimp skillet, and while the shrimp were a little small, overall... More
On business from, Toronto, Canada was wandering Bricktown and got referred to this venue by the local police officer on duty. Friendly service when entering the establishment immediately, so you are made welcome by their southern hospitality. As with other reviewers, portions are huge, the appetizer cheese salad with fried onions was different and huge, loved every bit of it.... More
We had a great LARGE meal! My husband's crab casserole was so cheesy-good. The beans and rice was a meal by itself. I got the shrimp tub and couldn't finish everything as had as I tired!
Cajun foods good. Folks never experiencing New Orleans get an introduction here. Food was plentiful for sure. I had pecan crusted trout and it was good. Portion for seniors would've served 4 seniors. Hubby liked fried catfish. Potatoes would've fed Paul Bunyan. If you prefer quantity over highest quality, you'd have a good meal here. Salads we're split able also.... More
Right across the street from our hotel, so it was very convenient for us. We were used to Maine lobsters, Baltimore crabs, and Louisiana crawfish, so some of our food was a bit bland for our taste, but made for it with their jambalaya! All in all, good food that was close and reasonable!
This really use to be a decent place to eat. However, tonight was a WAY different story. My hubby and I was both disgusted. I ordered the fried shrimp, french fries and salad. Hubby ordered stuffed w/crab tilapia. Both meals came with a salad that was very good. But, then it was all down hill. My plate looked like it... More
I am very sorry you were disappointed. Everything in our restaurants is prepared fresh to order and made fresh on premises. NOTHING comes out of a box. That said, I'm really disappointed that you felt otherwise. I wonder if you said anything to anyone; we certainly would have done everything possible to make you happy. Paul Seikel, Owner More
The atmosphere was nice, food was very good and it was more reasonably priced than other restaurants we checked. It's directly across the street from the Hampton Inn so it was very convenient as well.
From the hostess to the waitress to the manager, they ensured we enjoyed our experience. The food was average because of some highs and lows. I'm originally from Louisiana so I expect seasoned seafood. Crabtown was bland for me. However, they nailed the boiled potatoes.
The food was very good; service was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. It is just across the street from the Hampton Inn & Suites in Bricktown. I had the jambalaya which was highly recommended on Yelp. It was great, but a little too spicy for me because I am not used to spicy foods.
