This summer we went up to see Steve Brownell play at the Vikings Den and ended up staying and eating an early dinner. We had amazing strawberry daiquiris (real strawberries and cream) and delicious prime rib sandwiches. The service and food are always great and we love coming here.

We love to take the boat to the Vikings Den for breakfast. It is so great to sit outside and eat and the food is always good~especially the potato cakes.

Would have agreed with the previous reviewer in the past, however, in the last two years they have gone downhill. Food is inconsistent and they are often out of wine. Trying to compete with the newer restaurants, but no comparison. They were better when they concentrated on their perch and burgers. The atmosphere can't be beat, sitting on the river... More

“Good Perch, Great View”

We love the Viking's Den in the summer, it's great to sit outside and watch the boats go by. The perch (Lake Erie perch) is very good. Make sure to ask about the beer selection as the menu is rather misleading. But, the food is good and the venue fun - well worth the time to visit.
