My order if fish and chips comprised 2 x 7cm length pieces of flathead. I was dumbfounded that such a minute portion could make it out of the kitchen to a customer. Lovely views but would not recommend eating there- left underwhelmed and feeling ripped off!

Nothing complex here - a simple formula. A graat view overlooking the Hazards and a great meal. The chef started us off with his personal favourite - the selection of meats that he'd cured and preserved. A pretty impressive start.
