A great Italian at pub prices. The Bridge is a small old fashioned pub but is a gem for food. I have been about 6 times and have always had a perfect meal!! Highly recommend.

My wife and I went to The Bridge Inn for a drink. My wife had been here some years before we met so we thought we would give it a try. Whlist buying the drinks at the bar my wife asked a female member of staff in the pub if there was another area to drink. This lady was quite... More

An 'Italian' restaurant. We had the seafood risotto, from the specials board, very dry, not a lot of seafood, about 3 small cold water prawns and 3 tiny bits of squid. Others in our party had pizza, which had ham that was processed and the rest of the fillings were the same used at a local takeaway. The toilets....... outside... More

Visited for third time in past twelve months, normally very good all round Italian, however whole experience was very disappointing. Pub was chilly, meatballs lacked enough sauce, so ended up leaving mountain of dry pasta.had to send first glass of wine back as tasted metallic, second thankfully tasted as a Pinot Grigio should taste. Bill seemed very steep, nearly £77... More

What a disappointment, to arrive for a pre-booked table for five by the wood burner, only to find it had nearly gone out and that the radiators were luke warm. We'd previously visited the pub for a drink and liked the warm atmosphere and had taken a friend as well as our family for lunch. The Italian manager was out... More

Yet another authentic Italian meal served in this family friendly run restaurant/pub. A very warm welcome always awaits you at The Bridge in Branston. Burton On Trent. You will also be able to purchase good Burton Bitter to go with the delicious food. Lovely garden available for the summer months, a log fire for winter.

The bridge inn is a fantastic family friendly restaurant - we have eaten here several times and are always warmly welcomed by the owner and served fantastic food. The food is of excellent and reminds us of our holidays in Italy. My personal favourite is the spaghetti with meatballs.

Was on a Narrow Boat holiday and stopped here for lunch, not really expecting much - we were a few minutes before kitchen closing time but it seemed that it was not a problem to stay and serve us. We did not want to take advantage so we had a past dish each - and what pasta! Well cooked, tasty... More
