We had Sunday lunch at the camelia hotel last week, it was really lovely food, so we went again this this week, and have already booked again for next week. Lots of fresh vegetables, which you don't get in a lot of places these days. And the desserts are delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful relating restaurant.
I loved the food in this place and the service was good.On the downside there as a large screen t.v. in the dining room which i hate when i am eating. As this was a hotel i thought it lacked atmospere
Service, food and wine perfect! Would definately eat here again and recommend to friends. Restaurant has lovely views over the sea. We also had a good breakfast before we left. All staff friendly and very helpful.

Celebrated my Mum's 80th birthday here yesterday in the restaurant. I would like to thank the staff for their excellent service in making this day very special. The food was lovely, so again a big thank you to the kitchen staff and the waitresses. Julie. Southend-on-Sea
