“Excellent Meal”

We went there for the Mothers' Day special which was an excellent meal. The pub has plenty of character and the staff were very welcoming. It is probably the best pub for food in the area but, unfortunately, is is also the most expensive by some margin so it's a "special occasion" venue rather than a place to vist regularly

Great food and a wonderful evening. We enjoyed wonderful food, Blade of Beef, Cod (dish of the day) and the pud's were amazing. Do try the Peanut and a Pint pud, fantastic.

Went here on a spur of the moment Valentines meal with the wife, was amazing! Great value, great menu for valentine diners and was looked after very well by the staff.
