Started with drinks in the bar....very nice. The "house label" cab was very nice. Started dinner with the Jumbo Lump Crabcake. Less than great. I thought it had way too much onion. The wife and daughter both thought it has too much cream sauce mixed with the crab. The steak salad was pretty good. Meat cooked correctly and the salad... More

Great food and service. Excellent place to take clients for that special night out. All the classic great steakhouse fare. Great appetizers and drinks.

I love Sullivan's as a restaurant group and some of them are my favorites in different cities (Denver, Chicago, Indianapolis). So I think I have a good reference for comparison and I think the Raleigh restaurant was a bit of a disappointment.- especially since we've recently moved to Raleigh. The facility itself is a bit rougher than some of the... More

If you don't care how long you have to wait for your dinner and are there simply for the food, this is your place. Atmosphere is lovely, meals are pricey but well-prepared. However, it took forever to just get salads on the table and waitstaff failed to return for drink refills on a regular basis. Prom night was the excuse... More

Its more "manly" than Ruths Chris. Along the lines of a Smith and Wollensky's. Has that 1940's throwback thing going on. Tables are kind of close together, kind of loud inside, but its part of the decor. Prices are along the lines of the Ruths, Mortons, S&W's, etc....so, if you are thinking of going here and need some ideas as... More

Great food, great atmosphere! I absolutely love the mushroom filet and their speciality drinks are worth the price. This restaurant is a la carte so it is pretty pricey but for a special occasion, it is well worth the splurge! Steaks are marinated for days and you can definately tell in the taste.

Visited on a Thursday evening, reservations are recommended. Dress is smart casual to dressy. Nice appetizer selection with good work on a tuna tartar. Stick with the ribeye no more than medium for a steak on par w/ the Morton's and Ruth's of the world. Nice decor inside and staff was very helpful. Good beer & wine selection w/ nice... More

My husband and I went here on date night. The food was amazing. There was so much of it. We started out with the Calamari. It was amazing. It had a little kick to it. Next a Caesar Salad, then I had the Mahi Mahi over spinach. Awesomeness! We finished out with a chocolate cake. What a wonderful night. Our... More

We visited this place with a large group. Our reservations were honored in time and we were appreciative. The food was ok but I have had better tasting/ quality meals at a much better price. In my opinion, two meals and 7 drinks, two of which were coffe, were not worth the $300+ that our bill came to. Way overpriced,... More
