We had a "business" gathering at the Mash House on a Friday night. We had reservations, as our group had nearly 20 people. Had a great table nestled off to a corner on the back patio. The weather was awesome so we had a great breeze. Perfectly comfortable. We had one waitress for our table, and I think we ran... More

Bottom line up front: This is one of those places that survives on the novelty of not being a chain, and they get away with serving O.K. food because they are one of only a few non chain restaurants in Fayetteville. I've been to Mash House several times and they will happily serve you chain quality food at fine dinning... More

We had the pleasure of eating here a very much enjoyed it. There were 4 in our party and we all ordered different entrees. We shared samples and we all agreed the food was great. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The beers we tried were very good. The only complaint is that the restaurant ran out of lobster.

Yea, if you really care that your waiter can write upside down or any of the other little tricks that they perform then you'll love it. Plan a stop at Burger King afterwords so that you can finish your meal casue you won't get full on their portions here. Just feed me a resonable amount for the money and save... More

This is a micro brewery. The only beer served are their brews. We each did the sampler which is a 4oz glass of each of their brews. Our preferences were the Blonde and IPA. Our order consisted of a Rueben sandwich with tomato basil soup--stale bread/soup was cold; and Chicken pasta--not good. The food prices are too high for what... More

This Brew Pub Restaurant has a good selection of beers, and even brews its own root beer. Those were fine, but my food was poor. I ordered their beer & potato soup as a first course, and the Mash House Jambalaya as my main. The soup wasn't a soup as I know it, but was more like a bowl of... More

While Mash House may bill itself as a chophouse it's anything but. They do offer an interesting array of brews. But they really need to concentrate more on the quality of food. I ordered a rib eye with asparagus. The streak was cooked to order, but it was a sub par cut. And the asparagus was overcooked, limp and mushy.... More

We had read about the Mash House and decided to take a side trip to Fayetteville on our drive up from Florida to have dinner there. We are so glad that we did. The restaurant is very nice, clean and attractive. We recommend starting the evening with a beer sampler. This way you got to taste all the beers and... More

This was a great brew pub with very good food. The restaurant had a wide selection of beer, most of which I had never heard of because I am not a big beer drinker. But if you like obscure beers, this is the place to go. The food was unusually good. I have been to a few brew pubs, and... More

I was in Fayetteville for 2.5 months on business. This seemed to be the place in town to take guests and visitors. One of the guys in our team, this was his favorite place of everything we tryed in Fayetteville. For me it was good steak but everything else was heavy and pricey. I am not a big beer drinker...
