I have been to Texas, and other than the real location(s) in the Dallas area, you jsut dont get the real feel. It is good food, but too commecialized. Everything is measured!!! NOT IN THE TEXAS SITES!!!

This is barbecue country, so that a place calling itself "barbecue" etc. ought to be good, and this one isn't.

Great BBQ and ribs, yummy rolls and good ole sweet tea. Save some room for a FREE self-serve ice cream cup at the end of your meal (complete with chocolate syrup).

Tough to compete with the local Durham BBQ spots. Ribs are solid and fries are well Done and they do have free ice cream, so they have that going for them. Other sides didn't impress.
