Description: Great food, great hosptality, and a great new space. We feature a classic bar and lounge, beautiful dining room and an amazing raised terrace for outdoor dining right on Broadway. Everything we serve we make here. One of our new features are homemade sausages and burgers cooked over lump charcoal. Our mission is to "put the love on the plate". Our culinary team is the most talented and most passionate team in the area. Our service staff has the power to "just say yes" to all customer's needs and wishes. We also feature a great Chef's table that accomodates up to 14 people. A perfect setting for a celebration. We serve great food in a casual and fun atmosphere with no pretense and warm hospitality. Please understand absolutely no reservations are accepted on the outdoor terrace. Outdoor dining is on a first come first serve basis. Reservations made are for inside only.

fabulous menus that varies with the season, excellent service combined with an attentive and knowledgeable wait staff, a bit pricy but worth it.

Entertained first time visitors for lunch at this restaurant and was not disappointed. The place to be seen in Saratoga Springs! Very busy at lunch time but service was excellent and food was great. Try their soups as it is creative and tasteful. Had the chopped salad and couldn't finish. Large portion and the burger is one of the best.... More

The porch is lovely and offers a view of the streets of Saratoga and is perfect for a warm evening. The inside is club like and while the tables are close it is not uncomfortably so.The food is very good and the service is attentive efficient and friendly. The menu is varied and it appears all the ingredients are local... More

Amid much hype we found maestros lacking in most every area. Tight seating and slow service didn't help mediocre salmon entree. Ordered brisket narchos, of which brisket was non existent. Really, NO brisket! So disappionted.

The service is good, but it can be slow when busy. My food was a little cold my time I got it. This has happened on previous visits. But the waiters/ waitresses do a great job. That said, the food is tasty. I recommend the crab cake appetiser and red snapper. New York strip was Ok, for the price, it... More

We got a tip to eat at Maestro's from a local Saratogian, and glad that we tried it! Dress code is casual but the food is haute cuisine. We ate outside on the porch because of the mild April evening. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. The menu is extensive and has offerings for all tastes. The salmon was moist... More

I had dinner at Maestros in Saratoga Springs last evening. Our party of four was seated promptly for our 7 PM reservation. I have been to Maestros a few times in the past and was always pleased. I find the menu to be innovative and always delivers what is stated. However, last night it was so exceedingly noisy in the... More

This is my favorite restaurant in Saratoga! The food is divine, the waitstaff is excellent and the chef and his wife go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful experience. They have a good selection of wine, will customize your meal if you have allergies and they make sure you are sated before you leave. Don't... More

One of the few restaurants serving dinner on Easter Sunday, my husband and I were glad to find them open. Atmosphere quite nice but very noisy. Service was excellent and appropriately attentive. Prix fixe at $42 for three courses very reasonable. My only complaint was my entree, though requested to be medium to medium well was rare. Naturally, it was... More

It is hard to be a foodie and a professional chef, to go out is always a huge let down. On Easter my family and I had a dining experience. The menu was thoughtful with a wide clientele in mind and the cuisine was nothing short of amazing. A perfect dining event that included great service, great food, and an... More
