If you feel nostalgic thinking about those great restaurants of the 1960s where you could pay cash (only!) for iceberg lettuce salads, this is the place for you. Otherwise, not so much.

Very good food and great value. Lots of lunch specials that you just can't beat! Local place thats always humming with charm. Get there early, if you don't want to wait for a table.

We have been to Robke's numerous times and have NEVER had a bad meal. The place is always bustling because the meals are plentiful and delicious. Parking is always a problem but additional parking is nearby in supermarket parking lots. $10 lunch is exceptional and always extremely tasty.

I was visiting my family in Northport. My family took me out to lunch to this inn. Their claim to fame is $10 lunch that is usually excellent. We had a horrible experience here that made us not want to ever return. My sister ordered the veal cutlet over salad. I thought that it was an usual choice. My sister... More

We eat at Robkes at least once a week and have never had a bad meal. Everything on the menu is amazing and fresh. The owner travels to the Bronx for his bread and it is the best. The bartender Sarah, is sweet and very efficient. Lunches are $10.00 and exceptional.

CASH ONLY. Cozy and clean and you will have a wait to be seated. Skirt steak and burgers are FABULOUS! Those espresso martinis sneak up on you! Less crowded during lunch and prices are better with same portions.

The seating is very close and so it gets very loud. The day we went for lunch, myself and one other person at the table, ended up being sick shortly after leaving. We hadn't eaten the same food so kind of suspect about what happened

Although the place is small, and because it is small, I would suggest that you go early for the lunch specail which is the best deal, Great food for $10 per plate. Service is good, but the porters tend to rush you a little. That might be due to the fact that there is always a long long crown waiting.... More

Very good lunch selection for only $10 . Nice little spot. Very intimate and friendly atmosphere. Great food. The Italian food is surprisingly good. My wife is Italian and very fussy about the sauce, but loved the eggplant parmigiana. I had the halibut and it was fine. We'll definitely go back. A place that survives without taking credit cards must... More

The food is terrific, with large portions. Cash only, on more than one occasion I had to run to ATM down the block which is annoying. The wait staff is consistently no bargain and owner and son hover to much over you. Your folk doesnt hit the plate and they motion to staff to get your plate.Tables are cramped and... More
