I came by accident and discover an exquisite traditional Greek Taverna with excellent choices of sea foods and great services!!! It was a blissful afternoon to sit in this restaurant with beautiful scenery along the Aegean Sea. I will definitely comeback and spent lunch every time I stopped by in Santorini. Two Thumbs up!!!!!

Bit of a treck to get down here in the dark and on foot and you do need to avoid the donkey poo on the path! Definately worth it though. Romantic, lovely spot right next to the harbour with seafood that is about as fresh as it can get. Reasonably priced wine too!

Great food, friendly service, and the best location to eat on the island. Fish is fresh and local-- you can take a look at it before ordering. Expensive... But everything on santorini is overpriced. Enjoy the view and the delish food to go with it :)

The setting is magnificent--a small fishing port below the red cliffs of Oia, where the sparkling Aegean waters and colorful boats paint a picture that an Impressionist would love! The chairs are a deep blue against the white tablecloths, and the deep red geraniums add splashes of color. The service is perfect: a sincere desire to make guests happy, with... More

The view is pretty but not worth the trip. The view from Oia is better. We had dinner here and it was an experience but not worth it at all. We walked there and took a taxi back. No one mentioned to us it was a 20 euro taxi back to the main part of santorini. So Sunset tavern is... More

I was in Oia 5 days, and I dined here TWICE... We went for lunch... hiked down the path the burros use (watch your step!) The water is spectacular... it laps right up to your table... what's on the menu?... . whatever they caught this morning... after you sit down and start on your Mythos, the waiter will take you... I went here based on the recommendation of the concierge at my hotel. Very disappointing. I had specifically asked for a good restaurant in Oia to watch the sunset. You would think that a place called Sunset would be it. Wrong. The view is mostly obstructed by a building and rock formation. Not just a little bit. Besides that the... More

We had the most amazing meal here during our visit to Santorini. Of course, get the lobster spaghetti (a dish I have a picture of on my phone and show to foodie friends at least once a week)...We were lucky to get a perfect table on a day when the sunset was just unbelievable. Make sure you have the number... More
